The CLOS Chrome Extension captures microphone audio during active video calls on supported platforms (Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex). This audio is transcribed in real time to generate coaching suggestions. Audio is processed immediately and is never stored or recorded.
The extension stores an authentication token locally on your device so you remain logged in. This token is never shared with third parties.
Audio transcripts are sent to our coaching API solely to generate real-time sales coaching suggestions. Transcripts are not stored after processing. We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any third party.
Your account information (email, subscription plan) is stored securely in our database. Audio and call transcripts are never stored. Authentication tokens are stored locally in your browser only.
We use Anthropic's API to process transcripts and generate coaching suggestions. We use Deepgram for real-time speech-to-text. We use Stripe for payment processing. None of these providers receive personally identifiable call content.
You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, all account data is permanently removed. Since audio is never stored, there is no call data to delete.
